FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention concerns medical equipment, namely a cap of drug introduction devices, particularly those of injection type. The cap of the drug introduction device comprises a needle and a detachable needle cover. The cap is detachable and fixed on said drug introduction device to house said needle cover. The cap comprises a retaining fixing site for the needle cover with detaching said needle cover to facilitate fixation/removal of said needle cover on/from the needle.
EFFECT: reduced risk of wounding the patients with the needle, prevented possibility to loose the needle cover while drug introduction.
