FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural machine building, particularly to facilities for separation of seed mixtures by friction ratio. Analytical web plate consists of a general frame, of a feeding hopper, of an inclined movable plate and of an upper and lower receiver. The hopper is made out of two telescopic relative to each other parts: the right one - fixed and the left one - movable; also working length of the hopper can be altered by means of a fly-wheel type drive or electric or hydraulic engine mounted on the end of the screw located under the fixed part of the hopper. The screw proper is hinged under the bottom of both parts of the hopper and is designed to rotate, while a nut is fixed to the movable part of the hopper and simultaneously is arranged on the screw so that it travels along screw axis and rigidly fixed with the bottom via a driving dog; with one end the driving dog is secured to the nut, while with another end it is rigidly attached to the bottom of the hopper. Feeding of seeds from the hopper is performed by means of an electric vibrator rigidly secured to the gate of the hopper wherein a guiding rod is also made telescopic. The upper and lower receivers are made out of cases rigidly attached to the general frame; autonomous receivers of higher, than cases height are installed inside of each receiver; autonomous receivers are made removable; their number corresponds to number of grooves made along an inclined plate in form of vertical walls rigidly attached to the hinged part of the frame, whereat a lower and upper pulleys are arranged to facilitate rotation. Removable test materials in form of flat tapes are arranged inside each groove along lengthwise axis of symmetry; the flat tapes have different friction ratio of their surface and have width less, than width of the groove; the flat tapes are rigidly fastened to and can be removed off the main plate; they have length equal to general length of the inclined web of the plate. The angle of incline of the hinged part of the general frame can be regulated within the range between 15 to 45 degrees by means of a worm gear so, that lengthwise axis of worm is tangentially installed relative to radial arc of a forked lever pivotally connected to the hinged part of the general frame below the upper pulley. An external edge of radial arc has screw teeth meshing with the worm driven to rotation from hydraulic or electric engine rigidly attached to the lower part of the worm. The inclined plate is driven to motion from electric or hydraulic engine arranged on the upper pulley; also speed of motion can be smoothly regulated from minimal to maximal; further the frame of the hopper is rigidly fastened to the hinged part of the frame; while two treacly cleaners are assembled on the backside of the inclined plate; the cleaners rotate towards one another; further there is the receiver installed below the cleaners to accumulate cleaned particles out of both of cleaners. The upper case of the receiver is rigidly secured to a platform with a telescopic point and is designed to alter height of installation depending on angle of incline of the hinged part of the plate frame. Arc of radius of the fork lever rests on ball bushings pivotally installed on the bottom of the "П"-shaped profile of the guide; the guide is rigidly secured to the frame of the plate; radius of the guide equals to radius arc of the fork lever; the case of the worm gear changing angle of plate incline is secured in the upper part of the guide.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency and quality of seed cleaning.
