FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to installations for manufacturing of granules or in medium of inert gas from melts of high-reactionary metals and alloys with specified geometry and weight. Installation contains working chamber, in which there are located device for loading of charge, capsule, heating sources, ball mill and water-cooled tank for granules collection. Ball mill contains water-cooled cheek and movable water-cooled moulding cavity with end reach-through opening, in which it is installed internal guiding immovable insertion and is implemented with ability of cheek breaking and moulding cavity into opposite sides by horizontal axis after crystallisation of granules. At breaking of cheek movement of moulding cavity is implemented lengthwise internal guiding immovable insertion. Removing of received granule happens under action of its weight into water-cooled tank for granules collection.
EFFECT: it is achieved excluding of sealing of granules to the surface of moulding cavity of ball mill and increasing of yield of received granules ensured by removing of strait of metal in ball mill.
