FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises metal tune attached onto the brackets and arranged on vehicle body, right below the bumper. Tube open ends face road shoulders on both sides. Tube center accommodates sealed glass ampoule with excess inside pressure attached thereto. Said ampoule features a recess brought in contact with the stop sharpened end. Bumper is fixed on holders, while the ampoule houses round plates (disks) with license plate number stamped thereon and coated with luminescent substance.
EFFECT: higher comprehension and higher efficiency of search operations aimed at detecting traffic accidents participants.
