SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises positioning vehicle state license plate data on vehicle structural elements that fall into separated parts in traffic accident to get into traffic accident zone and carrying put investigation activities with due allowance for data disclosed on found aforesaid structural elements. The latter can represent independent elements, each containing data on state license plate. Note here that aforesaid structural elements feature particular physical properties that allow their pulse scatter over different sides from road bed towards shoulders. Said elements are detected with the help of pickups that respond to aforesaid particular physical properties.
EFFECT: comprehensive and efficient search.
