FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: corn starch is sieved, mixed with dry demineralised milk whey, starch-and-milk mixture is moisturised till moisture content 38-40%, after that it is dried at 130-140°C, minced, sieved and mixed with corn starch and inuline, the mixture is moisturised till moisture content 20-28%, granules are formed, dried and packed. Obtained product -sago- contains in wt % per 100 kg: corn starch - 80-84; dry demineralised milk whey - 8-10; inuline - 2-4; water - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve grain granulometric content, increase obtained product granules strength and increase its physiological value giving it treatment-and-prophylactic properties by enrichment with probiotic agents, micro- and macronutrients.
