FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to objects made from stabilised polyethylene materials, particularly to a tube made from a multimodal copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefin, containing a system of antioxidants, consisting of: 1) at least one antioxidant from the first class of antioxidants, which is 3,3',3",5,5',5"- hexatertbutyl- alpha, alpha', alpha" - (mesitylene-2, 4, 6-triiyl)tri-p-cresol; 2) at least one antioxidant from a second class of antioxidants, which includes hindered phenol, selected from a group which consists of tetrakis-(3-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate) pentaerythrite, octadecyl-3-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate, 1, 3, 5-tric-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-1, 3, 5-triazine-2, 4, 6(1H, 3H, 5H)trione, 1, 3, 5-tris-(4-tertbutyl-3-hydroxy-2, 6-dimethylbenzyl)-1, 3, 5-triazine-2, 4, 6-(1H, 3H, 5H)-trione, ethylenebis(oxyethylene)bis-(3-(5-tertbutyl-4-hydroxy-m-tolyl)propionate), 1,6-hexamethylenebis (3,5-di(tertbutyl)-4-hydroxy-hydrocinnamate), thiodiethylenebis [3-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4hydroxyphenyl) propionate], tris-(2,4-di-tertbutyl phenyl) phosphate, and their mixtures.
EFFECT: polyethylene tube is resistant to extraction in a medium of hot water and to oxidation by chlorine in water inside the tube, and oxygen outside the tube.
