FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention related to anticorrosion inhibitor protection methods of process equipment and pipelines in oil, petrochemical, chemical and other industries. Method for protection of metal surfaces during cleaning of hydrocarbon gases out of acid components via absorption, includes adding polysulphide alkanolamines into absorbent as a corrosion inhibitor, control and regulation of inhibitor content in the absorbent, which executes by measuring polarisation resistance and defining inhibitor content according it using previously estimated calibration function, which is inverse polarisation resistance value dependence to inhibitor content in the absorbent, and regulation of the inhibitor content to be performed in case of its current decrease by increasing it up to safety concentration value.
EFFECT: efficiency and anticorrosion protection reliability increase, decrease in power consumption, due to more precise control of polysulphide alkanolamines content in the absorbent and efficient and accurate regulation of it.
