FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry, namely to device for manufacturing cement and sand lining for laying tile thereon with mechanical method, and can be used in industrial and civil construction, including during individual construction of houses. Device for manufacturing cement and sand lining for laying tile includes two guide racks installed parallel to each other, movable rack to which there fixed is rack-rule with the possibility of being moved along two guide racks. Device represents assembled and removable frame structure which is equipped with upper, middle and lower transverse movable racks rigidly fixed to two guide racks with attachment bolts through holes; at that, on ends of both sides of guide racks there installed are mechanisms moving along guide racks, in which holes are made, and mechanisms moving along guide racks are connected through adjustment screws to frame structure of the device with the possibility of adjusting it as to height by means of a handle; at that, guide racks and transverse movable racks - upper, middle and lower ones are made in the form of metal rectangular- or square-shaped tubes for providing rigidity of frame structure of the device for the whole preparation period of cement and sand lining, and rack- rule is made on both sides with gaps, with possibility of its moving both in longitudinal and in transverse direction; to lower surface of rack- rule there rigidly attached with attachment bolts is metal cutting plate which has length inside frame structure, which is 10-15 cm more than length of rack- rule; at that, rack- rule together with metal cutting plate can be of various length depending on width of assembled and removable frame structure of the device, and movable metal rack whereto rack- rule is rigidly fixed is removable and provided with control device; at that, on its ends there installed are bolts with possibility of back-and-forth movement through holes made in tubular elements for compacting cement and sand mixture. Inside frame structure in front of detachable movable metal rack or behind it there fixed is middle transverse movable rack which, by means of attachment bolts, is connected to transfer mechanism along guide racks, and through the latter one it is connected to adjustment screws; at that, on guide racks there installed are tubular rectangular- or square-shaped elements the section of which is specified as increased in relation to section of guide racks in order to provide the possibility of free movement of tubular elements on upper edges of guide racks together with movable detachable rack and metal cutting plate, and mechanism for distributing cement and sand mixture inside frame structure and applying the glue to prepared surface of cement and sand lining is made in the form of gear-type pallet rigidly fixed on both sides to angles by means of rivets, and it is rigidly fixed through slots with clamping screws to movable L-shaped metal plate.

EFFECT: simplifying structurally simple device for manufacturing cement and sand lining for lying tile, reducing labour input and energy consumption.
