SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to surgical retractors and wound dilators used during surgical intervention for displacement and fixation of the anatomical structures of the surgical wound in a given position with access to the operated area of the patient's body. The removable grip of the surgical retractor is made in the form of an L-shaped curved part, containing a base equipped with a means of fixation in the surgical retractor and a recess for holding microsurgical instruments, and a pair of teeth for holding anatomical structures. The teeth are made in the form of profiled plates with a widening in the working area to ensure contact with the anatomical structures formed by protruding platforms located at least in the lower part of the teeth in the plane of the plate from the side of its inner and/or outer end edges. The teeth are at an angle to the plane of the base less than 90° with a gap between the teeth for holding microsurgical instruments. Surgical retractor includes a frame containing gear rack with fixed and movable branches installed on it articulated with removable grip holders, wherein the holder is configured to accommodate at least one of the above removable grips.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide an increase in the working space with an increase in the freedom of manipulation of surgical instruments with access to the lateral sections of the operated structure during the surgical intervention without increasing the wound incision.
