FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in updating existing equipment and development of new turbines. Proposed two-flow cylinder comprises outer and inner housings, bladed rotor with impeller, flow section of direct and back flows and cooling steam feed pipe. There is annular chamber with perforated bottom arranged at cooling steam outlet into flow passage. Cooling steam inlet into flow passage accommodates radial seals arranged on inner housing surface and first-stage disk face surfaces. Note here that radial seals can additionally be mounted on disk in rotor equalising groove. Note also that proposed device is furnished with shells for thermal couples passed through first-stage guide vanes.

EFFECT: higher reliability, better repairability and lower costs.
