FIELD: heat-and-power engineering; production of the double-flow cylinders for the steam-turbine installations.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of heat-and-power engineering, in particular, to production of the double-flow cylinder for the steam-turbine installation and may be used at creation of the new turbines and at upgrade of the operating equipment. The double-flow cylinder for the steam-turbine installation includes the external and internal bodies, the rotor with the disks and the turbine rotor blade of the air-gas channel of the direct and the reverse flow and the feeding component with the pipeline of the cold steam delivery from the external source. In the internal body on the rotor section between the first disks of the direct flow and the reverse flow there is the mounted body with the sealings on its butts, forming the annular chamber limited by the rotor and these seals. The annular chamber inlet is connected to the feeding component, and the chamber outlet through the radial clearances between the ridges of the seals and the shaft of the rotor with the entrance onto the operating blades of the first steps of both flows. The pressure in the annular chamber exceeds the pressure at the inlet of the operating blades of the first steps of the direct flow and the reverse flow. The invention allows to increase the turbine installation reliability and profitability due to the effective refrigeration of the central part of the double-flow cylinders at the minimal consumption of the refrigerating steam.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased reliability and profitability of the turbine installation, the effective refrigeration of the central part of the double-flow cylinders at the minimal consumption of the refrigerating steam.
