FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipeline transport and is designed for application in oil and gas industry at repair of pipelines without withdrawing of transported medium. The gate consists of a case with inlet and outlet branches, a saddle with a packing element, a locking disk and a manual screw drive. The locking disk is made in form of a spherical rotary cover with brackets. The brackets are secured on axes. Axes are placed in a strip. The strip is made in form of parallelepiped and is installed with bolts in the case; the strap travels parallel to axis of the case.

EFFECT: simplification of gate design.
