METHOD FOR SATURATION OF DEEP-WELL PUMP MOTOR WINDINGS AND ATTACHED FACILITY FOR THIS METHOD IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC H02K15/12

Abstract RU 2375805 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of electric engineering and concerns technique of electric machine windings saturation with insulating varnish and/or compound, specifically, deep-well pump motor windings. Suggested method of motor windings saturation consists in natural gravitation action on working liquid (12) with penetration into pores of windings and removing air and gas inclusions. This process is intensified by means of applying ultrasonic emitters (7) directly on body (2) of electric motor providing their tight contact with the result that working liquid (12) improves its flow properties - it becomes more fluent, surfaces wetting over which it flows is improved, which allows it to penetrate into all interturn cavities pushing out air from body cavity (2) and enveloping winding wires with insulating layer. Attached facility for implementation of this method of winding saturation with working liquid (varnish and/or compound) residing in body hollow (2) contains inclined lodgments (1) for motor body (2), feeding (3) and measuring tanks, hydraulically connected by horses (5, 6) with internal cavity of motor (2), ultrasonic emitters (7) installed on movable basement (10) relative to body (2) using guides (8) equipped with clip (9). In this facility surfaces (11) of emitters (7) are made with flection identical to flection of outer surface of motor body (2).

EFFECT: improvement of saturation quality by means of improvement of flow properties of working liquid and intensification of winding saturation which provides strengthening of winding wires insulation and prevents pump failures during its operation between overhauls.
