FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at using in meat industry for manufacturing of cooked meat products. Composition contains meat mince with salted pork fat, minced additive of vegetable origin - preliminary prepared beet roots boiled in sour solution, carrot boiled in water, previously minced and boiled in sour water pumpkin, boiled laminaria, liquorice roots and rootstocks, common marjoram leaves, broad-leaved clover leaves, lime tree flowers, coneflower flowers and roots, nettle leaves, previously swollen. The ingredients are taken at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased biological value, preventive trend, increased antioxidant coefficient in ready-made product.
