FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: still sport beverage composition contains water, electrolytes, substance chosen from group consisting of carbohydrates and non-nutrient sweeteners and acidifying system. Composition has pH from 2.5 to 4.0. Acidifying system consists of lemon and phosphor acids in certain relative quantities. Besides composition may contain at least one flavouring agent as well as protein. Still sport beverage contains water, natrium ions, calcium ions, at least one flavouring agent, substance chosen from a group consisting of carbohydrates and non-nutrient sweeteners and acidifying systems. Composition has pH from 2.5 to 4.0. Besides beverage can contain protein. Production method of still sport beverage consisting of main components including water electrolytes and carbon provides for unification of main components with acidifying system by adding of citric acid and phosphor acid so weight ratio of citric acid to the phosphor acid would make from 0.5 1 to 13.8 :1. Mentioned sport beverage has pH from 2.5 to 4.0.
EFFECT: this allows production of sport beverage with decreased main aftertaste and increased aftertaste amenity and highly increased swallowness in comparison with traditional sport beverages.
