FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular, to beverages production. The carbohydrate mixture includes 55-65 wt % of glucose and 35-45 wt % of fructose. Glucose in the mixture is, at least, partly provided with gluco-oligosaccharides or 20-30 wt % are provided with polysaccharides with polymerisation degree equal to 11 or more. At least 90 wt % of the gluco-oligosaccharides have polymerisation degree equal to from three to seven. Additionally, the mixture includes, at least, one source of electrolytes. The electrolyte is chosen from sodium compounds, potassium compounds, magnesium compounds, calcium compounds, chloride compounds and their combinations. The solution including 6 wt % of the said mixture of carbohydrates in water has measured osmolality directly after manufacture within the range of 230-300 mOsm/kg. Additionally, the invention includes a beverage composition containing 4 - 10 wt % of the said mixture of carbohydrates.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a beverage with the initial level of osmolality preserved during 6 months after manufacture.
