FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to sport physiology. Claimed method includes two functional tests: test with straining effort and isometric test. In tested person electrocardiogram is registered before and after load, indices of heartbeat frequency and arterial pressure are measured. Obtained data are subjected to statistical processing.
EFFECT: method allows to plan training process reasonably, detect state of overtraining.
