FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be applied in endoscopic surgery. Device for laparoscopy contains tubular case and stylet. Stylet is made in form of rod with end consisting of three separable parts. Central part of rod end has rectangular transversal section and pointed end. Two lateral parts have transversal sections in form of segments and pointed ends for connection with pointed end of central part. Case is made from elastic material and has annular projection at the end of opposite to stylet pointed end side, and each lateral part is provided with end projection.
EFFECT: device has simple construction and increased reliability of fixation, reduces laparoscopy traumaticity and reduces manipulation time.
