FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, surgery. Laparolifting in laparoscopic interventions provide lifting of anterior abdominal wall. Device has a channel for laparoscopic tool. Surgeon performs anti-traction of abdominal wall by turning device along axis of channel by 30-90 degrees. Abdominal wall is supported from inside. Air enters into abdominal cavity through channel of device under canopy of abdominal wall. Laparoscope and tools are introduced through channel of device. After operation device is turned on axis to initial position. Tools are removed, device is pulled from abdominal cavity with account of bends. Device has a housing in form of hollow tube, bent in different planes. Housing of device includes a channel. Distal portion is split-type for length adjustment and configuration plane. Device provides creation in abdominal cavity space of controlled shape and volume.
EFFECT: method enables non-gas laparolifting in laparoscopic interventions introduction device through single hole in abdominal wall of patient.
