FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for safe access to abdominal cavity in patients with post-operation intra-abdominal complications. First trocar is introduced into abdominal cavity by means of "Step" system, installed directly between sutures of laparotomic wound or sewn trocar wound.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of purulent complications in wound, reduce risk of hemorrhages, reduce trauma.
