SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Reposition of bone fragments displaced as a result of trauma is performed. The fragments are fixed with titanium Pins 1 with a hydroxyapatite coating applied using microarc oxidation technology. Next, the pins are introduced into the fragments in the plane of the subchondral bone section. Mesh Implant 2, made of polycaprolactone, woven by electrospinning with threads coated with hydroxyapatite nanoparticles is placed in the cavity. The entire volume of the cavity is filled with the implant. Bone fragments are fixed with pins using an external fixation device.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore the anatomical integrity of the bone after an injury resulting in an intra-articular fracture, ensuring a stable position of bone fragments and stimulating reparative osteogenesis from the volume of the cavity by using a mesh implant that reduces the mobility of bone fragments and ensures the circulation of physiological fluids, cells and growth promoting factors, from the bone marrow and periosteal tissues.
