FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied in sampling autogenous donor bone in osteosynthesis of shin bone condyles fractures involving defects under articular surface of shin bone. The compensated defect is measured and modelled. The graft is sampled through temporarily cut off cortical flap formed by tapering the osteotomy planes to fix it thereafter after impaction. When forming the graft, the osteotomy planes is prism-shaped with its basis having a trapeze underlying and shaped and sized after the defect under articular surface of shin bone. After sampling the graft, cortical flap of femoral bone condyle is reduced with impaction.

EFFECT: method ensures possibility to restore the donor area, to bring the graft shape as close as possible to the defect shape.
