FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: permeability of auditory tube is recovered after reduction of hypertrophied tonsils of torus tubaris resulting from carrying out, under control of microscope, of superficial photocoagulation with power of laser irradiation 2.8-3.2 W or submucosal tunneling of lymphoid tissue with power 3.2-3.4 W, by exposure to semiconductor laser ray with wavelength 0.98 mcm.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out low-invasive surgical interventions, recover permeability of auditory tube and reduce traumatising of child's anatomical nasopharynx structures.
