FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for vibrational processing of low-stiffness parts. Proposed installation comprises supports arranged on vertical post to move there along and be locked in required position by screw-nut gear and servo drive, as well as to orient the part in space and lock it in required position by means of locating-and clamping mechanism. Installation comprises also vibration exciter to be arranged on part to be processed to move along the part and be locked thereon by hook. Note here that the latter may direct exciting force from vibration exciter to part in whatever direction. Note also that said hook may turn about vibration exciter. Besides, installation may comprises appliances for part static loading arranged at part top and bottom faces and made up of suspension and thrust furnished with hooks.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances.
