FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly to car all-rolled wheel design. Proposed wheel consists of rim, disk and hub. Curvilinear bent disk has curvilinear generating lines mating the rim and hub by the following radius curves, i.e. disk mates the rim by curves with radius R50+2 mm, disk mates the hub by curves with radius R60+2 mm. Besides wheel rim features a bend at its center with radius R85 mm, while rim axial line nearby hub is aligned with disk axial line nearby the rim. Disk has only direction of the bend towards wheel outer side surface, that is, to the side opposite to wheel flange. Note that disk mates the hub not at the center of the latter, but with displacement towards wheel outer side surface and distance from disk axial line to hub outer face making 43-2 mm.
EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life.
