FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: according to the first version method includes cleaning of seeds from additives, drying, oil pressing and milling of defatted seeds. After seeds are cleaned from additives they are washed during 5-10 minutes at maximal temperature 20°C, seeds are dried at 70-80°C till moisture content not more than 10%. Oil pressing is performed by pressing of seeds, milled defatted seeds are sieved through sieves made of wire-netting #0.67. According to the second version extraction of defatted seeds is performed after pressing with help of hexane at 55-60°C during 1-8 hours. Obtained extraction pulp is separated, milled defatted seeds are sieved through sieves made of wire-netting #0.67.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase food flour quality due to reduced oil content in end product.
