SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and namely to food vegetable milk production. Method of vegetable milk production from flax seeds provides flax seeds rinsing with water at temperature no more than 25°C during 10-15 minutes, wet seeds milling until fine state to get particle size no more 50 mcm. The next stage is extraction in table salt solution having concentration no more than 0.6% and water duty 1:8-1:10 by continuous mixing of components during 45-50 minutes at temperature more than 30°C. Produced pulp is split into vegetable milk and seed mass. Vegetable milk is produced from flax seeds. This milk has high nutritional value containing proteins, fats and carbohydrates in easy digestible form. Milk is remarkable for absence of toxic substances.
