SUBSTANCE: method of production of the protein-lipid concentrate from crushed flax seeds comprises their processing with hexane taken in a weight ratio of flax seeds:hexane equal to 1:1.8-2, at a temperature of 15-25°C for 4-6 hours, dividing the resulting reaction mixture to protein- lipid and starch-containing phases is carried out by distillation of hexane under reduced pressure and filtering the mixture.
EFFECT: protection of crops.
