FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of working and control bioluminescent samples on the basis of ferments, induction period of both samples bioluminescence is registered, if ratio is Ths/T° < 1, then humic substances have antioxidant activity. In preparation of control sample, they use standard bioluminescent solution with addition of oxidant, and in preparation of working sample - standard bioluminescent solution with addition of oxidant, containing humic substances. Oxidant used is potassium ferricyanide in concentrations from 5·10-6M to 3·10-5M.

EFFECT: invention does not require complex equipment and expensive materials and reagents and is sensitive and express (10-30 min).
