FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to advanced device for connection of bars, to method of mechanical joint of two bars and to control valve assembly, in which it is used device for connection of bars. In essence flat mating surfaces of unit of the first bar and unit of the second bar are connected by means of clamping by means of connector. Clamping load of connector is created by conical surface, which provides discrepancy of angles with corresponding conical surface on unit of the first bar. Diametres of clearances in connector compensate the result of axial discordance of unit of the first bar and unit of the second bar. Unit of the second bar contains regulated adapter for providing of connection to bars of variable-length. Unit of the first bar contains internal cavity for receiving of part of the second bar, which can project from regulated adapter. Shaped conjugate surface of adapters of bars are introduced into cavity of connector, allowing reciprocal shape.
EFFECT: there is compensated variable length of bars and there is prevented significant revolution of bars around its common axis.
