FIELD: physics; communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication systems. If a terminal wireless communication device receives a downlink signal with several carriers and then notifies a base station device on a sub-carrier with the desired quality of reception of the downlink signal with several carriers, the said terminal device generates data on reception quality using several formats, then selects data with the least volume from among the generated reception quality data, and then sends the selected reception quality data to the base station device using a sub-carrier of an uplink signal with several carriers, defined by the base station device.
EFFECT: design of a method of notifying on reception quality, which improves carrying capacity of an uplink by reducing amount of data on quality of reception of downlink signals with several carriers, meant for transmission to a base station device over an uplink; design of a base station device and terminal wireless communication device with low energy consumption for use in the said method of notifying on reception quality.
