FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: terminal device comprises a receiver configured to detect a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a downlink control information format (DCI); a transmitter configured to transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in an n+k subframe upon detecting a PDCCH in a subframe of n. Value of k is given based on at least a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) used for scrambling parity bits of cyclic redundancy check (CRC), parity bits of CRC are connected to format of DCI, and whether PDCCH is detected in common search space (CSS) or search space specific for user equipment (USS); for frequency division duplex (FDD), the value k is equal to 3 if the CRC parity bits are scrambled by the cellular radio network time identifier (C-RNTI), and the PDCCH is detected in the USS. For FDD, k is 4 if CRC parity bits are scrambled by C-RNTI, and PDCCH is detected with CSS.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improvement of efficiency of communication due to reduction of processing time in interval of transfer time TTI.
