SUBSTANCE: user device has a receiving unit configured to receive upper layer signaling, including first information relating to the measurement object; a measurement unit configured to perform, based on a measurement object, a measurement associated with radio resource control (RRM measurement), wherein, when the measurement object indicates measurement of the channel status information (CSI-RS) reference signal, the first information includes a first parameter indicating the difference in CSI-RS subcarrier diversity, which is used to measure RRM.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to provide more efficient communication by maintaining a plurality of subcarrier spacing values.
