FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a base station device, a terminal device and a method of communication of a standard for long-term development of communication networks (LTE) or LTE-Advanced (LTE-A). Device includes a transmitter configured to transmit a transmission signal generated from transmission bits, wherein the transmitter includes an encoding unit configured to generate transmission bits by encoding and negotiating a transmission rate, wherein the encoding unit includes a first encoding unit, a first interleaving unit, a first bit selection unit, a second encoding unit, a second interleaving unit and a second bit selection unit. First bit selection unit and the second bit selection unit differ in the initial position based on the same redundancy version.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of communication quality, for example transmission capacity and efficiency of communication, in system, in which multiple communication schemes are used.
