FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. Device for warming up of fruits and vegetables consists of supplying (2) and discharging (3) conveyors and intake table (5) for containers with volume batcher (7) over it and mechanism for water pouring. Mechanism for water pouring is equipped with kone jaws (16) with perforated base and is executed with possibility of 180°-turn.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase productivity and end products quality.
