FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to canning industry, namely to apparatus for preheating fruits and vegetables in cans before canning. Device consists of supply and discharge conveyors, receiving table for containers, above which volumetric dispenser is mounted. To ensure possibility of using cans of different volumes, volumetric batcher is made sectional with installation of flat pistons in each section. Pistons are fixed on rod with flywheel, movement of which within their sections is regulated by their working volume. Mechanism for draining water is equipped with conical gripper with perforated base and ability to rotate 180°.
EFFECT: using of invention will allow to improve quality of finished products.
