FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to electrocardiography. Electrocardiosignal (ECS) is filtered, isoline drift is corrected, for each cardiac cycle temporal discretisation is performed, beginning is pointed out and duration T is measured, at each further step of discretisation from pair of following one after another electrocardiac signal reports, reports of differences of first order are formed, N reports of differences of first order, following after ECS count, corresponding to cardiac cycle beginning, are stored, number N being determined by special formula. For each of N stored values of differences of first order values of squares of differences of first order are formed, which are summed, then at each following step of temporal discretisation first closest to cardiac cycle beginning value is excluded from number of stored values of differences of first order and next newly formed one is added, for new totality of stored values sum of squares of differences of first order is formed, at each step of discretisation obtained current value of squares of differences of first order is compared with previous one and larger of them is stored, in case of their equality the last one, by maximal of stored value of sum first threshold level is formed, also at each step of discretisation from pair of following one after another values of sums of squares of differences of first order values of differences of first order and their modules are formed, values of each of them are compared with previous one and larger one is stored, in case of equality - the last one, simultaneously smaller of them is stored and simultaneously second threshold level is formed, its value being chosen between minimal and maximal values of modules of differences of first order from sequence of values of sums of squares of differences of first order from sequence of values of ECS counts, current values of sum of squares of differences of first order are compared with first threshold level, and current values of modules of differences of first order from sequence of sums of squares of differences of first order from ECS - with second threshold level and if at current discrete moment of time module of difference of first order from sequence of values of sums of squares is less than second threshold level, and value of sums of squares of differences of first order is greater than first threshold level, count of ECS at given discrete moment of time is taken for ST-segment count.

EFFECT: method allows to increase reliability of isolation in real operation mode of ST-segment of electrocardiac signal irrespective of possible deviations of QRS complex parametres and variability of cardiac rhythm from normal.
