FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Contours of hematoma are plotted on skin of patient's head and skull skin is cut with not more than 1 cm indent inward from hematoma contour. In skull bone several trepanation openings are formed, size of each being not more than 8 cm and with bone bridges between them not less than 2 cm wide. After removal of hematoma skull skin is sutured.
EFFECT: invention reduces frequency of complications, reduces operation treauma of skull bones, eliminates formation of large skull defect, which prevents development of "syndrome of trepanised people" and improves conditions for bone transplant change in substitution of defect with bone tissue.
