METHOD OF PLASTY IN CASE OF OLEOGRANULOMA OF PENIS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to operative andrology, can be used in case of oleogranuloma of penis. Oleogranuloma is dissected within the limits of healthy tissues together with skin covering oleogranuloma. Petal-shaped flap is cut out on scrotum. Base of petal-shaped scrotum is placed at 1-1.2 cm distance from penoscrotal angle. In penoscrotal angle opening 6-6.2 cm in diametre is formed. Through the opening penis is relocated in such way that cut out scrotum flap is located on dorsal surface of penis. Plasty of covering tissues of penis with petal-shaped scrotum flap is performed. Scrotum wound is sutured.

EFFECT: method allows to perform plasty of penis after removal of oleogranulema in one step, and also in case of small scrotum size, reduces traumaticity of intervention due to elimination of complete mobilisation and dissection of penis skin in case of incomplete affection of its covering tissues.
