FACILITY AND PROCEDURE FOR WASHING OF RIBBED PIPES Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B08B5/00

Abstract RU 2377079 C2

FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to oil industry and can be implemented for washing surface of ribs of ribbed pipes off lubricating-cooling liquid, oils and mechanical impurities. The facility consists of a pipe, whereon there are arranged a distributing collector with a branch for supply of washing solution and a branch for water supply on the wall of the pipe. A row of holes is made under the branches. The axes of holes are situated correspondingly at the angle of 30-45° to axis of the pipe and the angle of 45-60° between tangent to generatrix surface of the pipe and vertical axis of holes. Also holes are arranged symmetrically relative to cross planes perpendicular to pipe axis, one of which runs through the middle of the collector, while another one runs through the middle of the branch for water supply and they are directed oppositely. A row of cross slit-like cuts is made along the whole opposite half of the pipe; the holes serve for withdrawal of correspondingly washing solution and water. The collector is made out of a lengthwise half of the pipe with dead ends. The ribbed pipe is installed inside the pipe. The procedure is executed by means of supplying jets of detergent under high pressure to the ribbed pipe. The jets of solution are directed in opposite directions; also before cross plane running through the middle of the collector the solution is introduced in the direction of ribbed pipe rotation, while after it in the direction counter to its rotation. Additional washing of ribbed pipes is performed by means of opposite directing of water jets, notably, before cross plane passing through the middle of the branch for water supply water is supplied in the direction of ribbed pipe rotation, while after - in the direction opposite to its rotation.

EFFECT: implementation of invention facilitates upgraded quality of cleaning and simplification of facility.
