FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building materials production and can be implemented at production of slag-alkaline binding on base of magnesia-ferrous slag of non-ferrous metallurgy for fabrication of building mortars and concrete. According to the procedure of production of slag-alkaline binding including grinding of granulated magnesia-ferrous slag and tempering of ground slag with solution of alkaline reagent, grinding of slag is performed with contents of moisture 2-7 wt % of slag weight at presence of carbon dioxide at its partial pressure 0.03-0.10 MPa till there is achieved degree of slag carbonisation, specified according to dependence: C=ko+k1·Sspecif., where: C is degree of slag carbonisation, wt % CO2, ko and k1 are empiric coefficients, ko=0.02-0.05 wt %, k1= (1.0-2.5)·10-3 wt % kg/m2, Sspecif. is specific surface of slag, m2/kg. Invention is developed in dependent points of formula.
EFFECT: increased rate of slag-alkaline binding hardening and its strength at earlier periods of hardening.
