FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of acid-resistant concrete and mortar based on the unfired binder. Binder contains a reactive component, a hardening accelerator and an alkaline activator; according to the invention, kaolinite clay activated to a specific surface of 640 m2/kg is used as the reactive component and baked at a temperature of 600–650 °C, which is mixed with volcanic tuff, dried before grinding at a temperature of 105 °C for 2 hours and ground to a specific surface of 520 m2/kg in the presence of a sodium silicofluoride hardening accelerator and an alkaline activator based on sodium hydroxide and sodium liquid glass with a silicate module of 2.8 and a density of 1.24 g/cm3 at the following component ratio, wt. %: metakaolin 26.8–61.2, volcanic tuff 21.4–51.2, sodium silicofluoride Na2SiF6 5.8–8.0, liquid glass Na2SiO3 11.0–13.0, sodium hydroxide NaOH 0.6–1.0.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the effectiveness of acid-resistant binder due to the improvement of its physical and mechanical and operational properties.
