FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining and may be used in development of mineral resources deposits by open method. Method includes separation of stages and substages and arrangement of deep opencast mine under differentiated angles of board slopes in compliance with reducing natural and anthropogenic damaged state of massifs rocks with depth to arrangement of vertical ledges and sections of board in deep zones and application of traditional transport. Overburden layer of rocks and ore body are separated along vertical line into zones, and inclined, steeply inclined and vertical sections of boards are arranged in them with fixation in deep zones in process of opencast mine stripping, and stripping of productive rock layer is started from conditional separation of field into horizontal and transverse layers (blocks), and opening trench is arranged on the side of lying side of deposit for creation of free surface used further in contouring of block (-s) by drilling line of frequent wells with low diametre from 3-4 sides for undermining at the bottom by drilling line of horizontal wells, made by group of perforators included into aggregates that operate on roof of cut blocks, and then, after block (plate) has been contoured with wells, small charges are placed in them, and by means of explosion they are separated from massif, and ready blocks are loaded onto transport means by crane and are delivered to the surface. Besides as mining works deepen, inclined lift is built at the opencast mine board at the angle of 50-55° in stable untouched zone, and blocks (plates) are distributed in it and gradually deepened. At the same time produced stable opencast mine pit is used for objects of industrial and other purpose.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of works in development, transportation and delivery of product to the surface.
