FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: titration calorimeter is general-purpose tester of kinetics parameters of enzymatic reactions and specification of biomolecular interactions. Engineering problem of capillary differential titration calorimeter with electric calibration reproducing measured thermal processes in calorimetric chamber to maintain precision measurements using this calorimeter within all temperature range and changing conditions, is solved due to that on the end of metering pin of processing chamber there is compact resistor with first and second electric outlets, and metering pin of reference chamber has fixed third and fourth electric outlets identical to first and second outlets. And third and fourth outlets are electrically interconnected on the end of metering pin for reference chamber. Output ends of second and third outlets are electrically interconnected. And output ends of first and fourth outlets are connected to one output power sensor.
EFFECT: calibration reproducibility of real experiment conditions and reception of identical results at electric calibration and at common chemical interactions.
