FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurements of kinetic parametres of enzymatic reactions and description of biomolecular interactions. A capillary precision titration calorimetre comprises measuring parts of capillary calorimetric chambers enclosed in a thermostatic cover, a dosing syringe with a needle for a working chamber and a dosing syringe with a needle for a reference chamber mounted on a common syringe holder attached connected with a syringe holder transfer mechanism along the axis of calorimetric chambers, rods of syringe pistons mounted on a plate which is attached to a piston transfer mechanism along the axis of the calorimetric chambers, a dosing needle actuator, a passive thermal shunt that encloses a part of the calorimetric chambers and attached to the thermostatic cover, an active thermal shunt that encloses a passive part of the capillary calorimetric chambers in the form of direct capillaries, a thermal power metre for the calorimetric chambers. The plate is provided with an adjusted constraint assembly of dosing syringe piston rods and the plate.
EFFECT: simplified design and improved performance of the calorimetre.
