FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: titration calorimeter is general-purpose tester of kinetics parameters of enzymatic reactions and specification of molecular interactions. Compact heater attached on the end of metering pin for processing chamber is provided with first and second electric outlets. Metering pin of reference chamber has fixed third and fourth electric outlets identical to first and second outlets. Except that third and fourth outlets are electrically interconnected on the end of metering pin for reference chamber. Output ends of second and third outlets are electrically interconnected. And output ends of first and fourth outlets are connected to one output power sensor. Compact heater with fifth and sixth electric outlets identical to that of metering pin for processing chamber is established on the end of metering pin for reference chamber. Seventh and eighth electric outlets are provided on metering pin for processing chamber. These indications enable to measure total energy of molecular interactions using compensation method.

EFFECT: lower concentration of reagents for thermal measurements of molecular interactions using capillary compensated differential titration calorimeter.
