FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biology and medicine, namely to immunology. There is offered method for analysing the population composition of saliva immune cells by flow cytofluorometry. The analysis is preceded by preparation of saliva immune cells by filtering the cells from conglomerate by passing a saliva sample through a microporous filter. Then with using two markers CD45 and 7-AAD, viable leukocytes are consistently sorted and recovered from the saliva sample. Further, the cells are processed with monoclonal antibodies to their fluorochrome-conjugated membrane antigens. Then cytofluorometric analysis of the cells is carried out with determining the following combination of markers: 1st CD45FITC and 7-AAD; 2nd CD3FITC; CD8PE; CD45PerCP; CD4APC; 3rd CD3FITC; CD16+56PE; CD45PerCP; CD19APC; 4th CD3FITC; CD13PE; CD45PerCP; CD14APC; 5th - the negative isotypic control; 6th - uncoloured sample.

EFFECT: method allows for more detailed and complete analysis of saliva immune cells by flow cytofluorometry.
