FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrical engineering, namely to power current sensors. Subject matter: current sensor contains resistance element, connected to amplifier, and power unit. At that between resistance element and sensor output there is transformer galvanic isolation installed including analog-to-digital converter separating transformer and digital-to-analog converter. Amplifier output is connected to analog-to-digital converter. Analog-to-digital converter output - to primary side of separating transformer secondary side of which is connected to digital-to-analog converter, and amplifier and analog-to-digital converter are connected to power unit by means of power supply transformer.
EFFECT: insurance of possibility of measurement of current intensity in high-voltage circuit by means of electronic components meant for low voltage without risk of their damage by high voltage.
