FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an insulation structure, the primary scaled current converter, the primary scaled voltage converter (high-ohmic voltage divider), analogue-to-digital converter with an optical port, a beamguide, a receiver, a power supply unit, a quick-saturated current transformer with an auxiliary winding, a trigger. The invention solves the task of an uninterrupted power supply for components at high potential and reduction of power consumption. The power supply unit receives energy from the high-voltage network through the quick-saturated current transformer. When current is lost in the network but voltage is still available, the trigger switches on the auxiliary winding between the network and the primary scaled voltage converter thus supplying the power supply unit through the transformer. When current appears in the network the trigger switches the auxiliary winding off, the transformer starts the standard operation receiving the energy for the power supply unit from the network.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the device and reduction of its power consumption.
